Property management suite

As Rentler established itself as the leading rental property listings website in Utah, the team recognized the need to offer tools for landlords to manage their properties. With a focus on user research and testing, I led the effort to interview landlords and develop proofs of concept for a property management suite. The result was a set of tools that streamlined property management, including tenant screening, rent collection, and maintenance tracking. Examples of these tools are attached.
