These snacks fill the craving I get for Cheez-It® crackers when I’m on a low carb meal plan. The ones I make aren’t a copycat since they don’t use flour, but they’ve only got one keto-friendly ingredient…cheese.
When I’m low on sodium and potassium, I like to mix up some electrolyte punch. I drink it like it’s Gatorade®. It’s cheap, doesn’t have sugar, and might be why I don’t get headaches while doing the low-carb thing.
