peach herbal sun tea

Cutting back on caffeine has been difficult. While organizing my pantry, I ended up with a few extra half gallon mason jars. I had an urge to make sun tea. I have never had sun tea and have definitely never made it before. It’s such a simple recipe—some quick searching for recipes led to this.

My version will use herbal tea sachets so it’s not caffeinated, but you can easily swap this out for black tea, which I believe is the traditional type used for sun tea. The sweetness of this batch comes from some local honey given to me by a neighbor.

Please try it and let me know what you think.
