When I’m low on sodium and potassium from doing the keto diet, I get serious headaches. Before this happens, and sometimes when it’s too late, I like to mix up some electrolyte punch. I drink it like it’s Gatorade®. It’s cheap, doesn’t have sugar, and *might* make me feel better while doing the low-carb thing.
‘Lite’ salt is the secret ingredient here. It uses potassium to dilute the salt for those that need to cut back…perfect someone like me that needs to boost potassium intake.
