keto "Gatorade"

When I’m low on sodium and potassium from doing the keto diet, I get serious headaches. Before this happens, and sometimes when it’s too late, I like to mix up some electrolyte punch. I drink it like it’s Gatorade®. It’s cheap, doesn’t have sugar, and *might* make me feel better while doing the low-carb thing. ‘Lite’ salt is the secret ingredient here.
